Nothing. This marketing website does not set cookies, does not run analytics trackers, and does not use advertising pixels.

The contact form on this site does not send data to any server. When you submit it, it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it.

CXTIME is a product used by hotels and booking businesses to manage guest conversations. When a hotel uses CXTIME, guest messages, contact details, preferences and conversation history are processed on that hotel's behalf so its team and AI assistant can respond.

The hotel that operates the account controls this data. Airtime Asia Limited processes it only to provide the service, for example to power the unified inbox, guest memory, follow-up automation and analytics for that customer.

Conversation data belongs to the customer whose guests produced it. We do not sell it and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.

AI features send conversation content to the AI model the customer has selected in order to generate replies, transcribe voice notes and understand images. Access inside a customer account is limited by role.

If you are a guest of a hotel that uses CXTIME, direct questions about your data to that hotel first, since it controls the account.
