Refund policy
Last updated 2026-08-31
Decide during your free trial
Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial that needs no card and charges nothing. The trial is the risk-free way to evaluate CXTIME on your own customer conversations, and it is the point at which to decide. Nothing is charged until the trial ends and you choose a paid plan, so you never pay for something you have not already seen work.
All payments are final
Once a plan period is paid, that payment is final and non-refundable. This includes partial periods and any unused time: if you stop partway through a period you have paid for, the fee for that period is not returned.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) by bank transfer, bKash or Nagad, against the invoice we issue. Choosing to pay an invoice starts a plan period on these terms.
Cancel any time to stop future billing
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge, so you are not billed for any period after the one you are in. It does not refund the current period or a period already paid; the plan stays active until the period you have paid for reaches its end, and then it is not renewed.
Genuine billing errors are corrected
The one thing we always put right is a genuine billing mistake. If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged again after you had confirmed a cancellation, that is an error on the payment, not a charge for service you used, and we correct it.
This is a correction of a mistake, not a refund of a plan you decided to stop using. Outside a genuine billing error, paid plan periods are not refunded.
How to report a billing error
Email hello@airtimelab.com from the address on your account, with the workspace name and the payment you are writing about. We review it within 7 working days, and where it is a genuine billing error the correction is returned by the method you paid with (bank transfer, bKash or Nagad).
Where this policy sits
Airtime Asia Limited is the controller behind CXTIME, and this policy is part of the CXTIME terms of service at https://cx.airtimelab.com/terms/. If it changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and the policy in force when you paid applies to that payment.
