Where CXTIME comes from
CXTIME exists for one job: answering customers well, at any hour, in the language they write in.
CXTIME was born from real operations. Customers message at midnight, switch between Bangla and English mid-sentence, and expect an answer before they try the next option. The product grew around those conversations, not around a feature roadmap written far from the front line.
Before public launch, CXTIME was proven in production across a live hotel network, answering real customer conversations around the clock. What we sell is what we already run every day.
