Where CXTIME comes from
CXTIME exists for one job: answering hotel guests well, at any hour, in the language they write in.
CXTIME was born from real operations. Guests message at midnight, switch between Bangla and English mid-sentence, and expect an answer before they check the next property. The product grew around those conversations, not around a feature roadmap written far from the front desk.
Before public launch, CXTIME was proven across the Holidayzer BD hotel network, answering real guest conversations on more than 40 live WhatsApp lines. What we sell is what we already run every day.
